Located in Mont Belvieu, Texas, our growing facility features 600 railcar storage spaces on 457 acres in a convenient location to serve eastern Harris County, Chamber County, and Liberty County.
County Line Industrial Park’s (“CLIP”) rail storage facilities were established in 2007 and are dual served by Union Pacific and BNSF railroads. Anchored by Martin Marietta Materials, Inc’s 30-acre aggregate facility, our facility is equipped to serve the growing construction in the tri-county area.
